Privacy and terms
The short version: we use what you send us only to answer you, and we never sell it.
What we collect
What you type into a form or send us by phone or email: your name, email, phone, the property address, a message, and any files you attach.
The value calculator does its math in your browser. If you type an address, it goes to our server only to find your county, through the US Census and OpenStreetMap lookup services, so the estimate uses your local market. We do not keep it. The rent and costs you enter stay in your browser unless you send the form.
The "Ask Good Harbor" chat is an AI assistant run by Anthropic, the company that makes it. What you type goes to Anthropic to write the answer, and Anthropic does not use it to train its models. We may read the questions and answers to improve the assistant. Your conversation reaches our team only if you agree to send it, when the chat asks.
Like most websites, we use Google Analytics to count visits and see which pages help. It uses cookies and does not tell us who you are. We also use Microsoft Clarity, which records how visitors scroll and click so we can make pages easier to use. It hides anything you type into a form. To opt out of both, block cookies for this site in your browser settings, or use Google's opt-out add-on for Analytics.
How we use it
Only to reply to you and to look at your property. Your details go by email to the Good Harbor team. We do not sell, rent or trade them, and we do not add you to a mailing list without asking.
How long we keep it
As long as we are talking about your property, and after that only as long as we need to for our records. Ask us and we will delete what you sent: call 617.398.4324 or reply to any email from us.
Terms of use
Everything on this site is general information. The value estimate is not an appraisal, an offer, or tax, legal or investment advice. Nothing here is an offer to buy your building or to sell any investment. Any offer we make is in writing, and the first one is a letter of intent that depends on due diligence.
