The people who buy your building

Good Harbor is a Boston commercial real estate company. We buy flex industrial, small-bay warehouse and neighborhood retail buildings from their owners, then lease and run them ourselves. Relationships, not transactions: these are the people you will deal with.

How we work

  1. Life comes ahead of work

Health, money and time with family come first, for our team and for the owners we buy from.

  2. We keep getting better

We read, we listen and we practice, and we get a little better every deal.

  3. We own our mistakes

No blame, no excuses. If something goes wrong on your sale, we fix it and tell you how.

  4. We say yes to hard buildings

Empty buildings, old roofs, short leases: we take them on, and we tell you plainly what we see.

Want to work with us? We hire people who take ownership and want to grow. Tell us about yourself.
